Practices

Practices are held at Mariemont High School, 3812 Pocahontas Avenue, in the Village of Mariemont. Each week the head coach will have a focus for practice. Two coaches will be on deck per practice.

Practice times allow for "warm-up" and "cool-down" for swimmers.
